LTD.(AXC) is a professional manufacturer specializing in the production of aerospace electronic products and civil-military integration products, and providing technical consultation and export services. The company has a strong independent R&D team. The technical team is composed of many outstanding experts with more than 50 years of comprehensive industry R&D experience. The company has strong technical strength in the fields of integrated photonics, fiber optic gyroscopes, inertial navigation, etc., and is able to provide users with professional design,development, production and services of inertial devices and related simulation software.

Production Capacity

AXC has four subsidiaries with production line respectively, which are MEMS inertial product production line, fiber optic inertial product line, quartz accelerometer product line and motion simulation table product line. A total investment of 15, 000 square meters has been built for scientific research and production, including 650 square meters 10, 000-class clean rooms that meet national standards, electrical-mounting production lines and environmental testing centers. With more than ten years development, AXC has become a high-tech enterprise with high level of craftsmanship and comprehensive products range in China. We have complete production line from chips to finished products after all testing, providing first level products among peers in domestic and over-sea market. Specially in 2019, we set up a micro-nano fiber optic gyroscope production line which is the only one in China, and it break through the technical bottleneck of the traditional closed-loop fiber optic gyroscope technology, bringing a new FOG of more precise, smaller and cheaper to the inertial navigation market. The company has more than 100 patents and software copyrights, among which the core leading technologies are: 1) China′s only micro-nano fiber optic gyroscope production technology 2) Quartz flexible accelerometer pendulum design, etching, vacuum sputtering coating technology 3) Full-temperature high-precision MEMS inertial measurement and navigation technology; 4) Fiber optic gyroscope precision assembly and testing technology 5) Quartz flexible accelerometer range adjustment, scale factor, bias value, scale factor, temperature hysteresis, long-term repeatability measurement and modulation technology 6) Quartz accelerometer high temperature resistance (180° ) and high seismic design technology and process 7) Large dynamic three-axis turntable process design technology

Production Environment

We have built clean rooms, electrical assembly production line, and environmental testing center that comply with the national"Clean Building Design Specification". It has complete precision measuring instruments and testing equipment, simulation testing systems, high and low temperature test chambers, vibration and shock test benches, precision optical indexing heads, functional centrifuges, mechanical testing rooms ,anechoic chambers, multi axis turntables and other instruments and testing equipment to ensure product quality.
