Remote control motion simulating turntable for INS IMU test and calibration

 

I. Main uses and functions

The turntable is mainly composed of a turntable body and a turntable control system, adopts a T-shaped table structure, and is used for testing the performance of inertial navigation devices and inertial navigation systems under the conditions of speed, position and the like.

Main functions:

  • Position control, speed control and swing control functions;

  • It has the functions of computer automatic state control, data acquisition, processing and display.

  • It can be used for local operation and remote control of the upper computer. Serial communication (RS232 or RS422) and parallel communication interface are used for remote control, which can transmit the working status of the turntable to the upper computer, including the position and rate information of the turntable. The communication frequency of serial communication data is not less than 50HZ, and that of parallel communication data is not less than 1KHZ.

(5) The upper computer control software can run normally on WIN98, WINXP or WIN2000 platform.

③ The turntable has good electromagnetic compatibility and meets the relevant requirements of GJB151 and 152.

④ Turntable has overspeed protection, overload, overcurrent protection, misoperation protection and emergency power-off protection functions. In case of abnormal power failure of the turntable control cabinet or control computer, the turntable body can stop at the current position without severe shaking.

⑤ The key components shall be of industrial grade or military grade, the general components shall be of commercial grade, and the important components shall undergo high and low temperature aging screening.
